Match my design: same price, built by us

Send us your printed invitation, monogram or the artwork made for your event, and we build your invitation website to match: colours, fonts, monogram and motif, ready in 3 days to 1 week. Then we hand it over: you get your editor to add your details and guests and change anything you like. Pick Essential, Plus or Premium; you pay the same as for any design, no quote and no design fee.

  • We match: your printed invitation or save-the-date, artwork or a monogram made for you, your stylist's motif and colours, your own sketch or mood board.
  • We can't copy: templates sold by other shops or apps (Etsy, Canva, Joy and the like), other people's invitations, or characters and logos from brands. Send it anyway and we'll suggest a look of our own in the same spirit.

Every plan gets the full design: all its sections, its opening animation and every palette. Plans differ in photos, video, guest-list tools and who does the typing.

A free workspace for all your clients, and a coordinator rate on every invitation. Charge your clients whatever you like: most coordinators include it in their package.

  • One workspace for every client, free. Today's events, the week ahead, what's overdue and same-day bookings; your own calendar and days off; your checklist on every new client. Client files are free, and an invitation website is optional per client.
  • Your business side, free. Your packages and terms, a client page with "I agree" and the payment schedule, acknowledgement receipts, meetings, a questionnaire, inquiries and reports.
  • Your client already has a design? Send it from your workspace (Match a design) and we build it, at your coordinator rate. No design fee.
  • Your house style. Build it once in Your Design (your logo, colours, fonts, blocks), save it as a template, and start each new client from it.

How to set up

From first message to every reply

Most people finish in an evening, and you can stop and come back any time. With Match my design, we build your design in your editor first, then hand it over for you to finish.

  1. 1

    Choose a design and colour

    Open any demo and tap Colours to try its palettes. Note the design name on the card, for example "Vellum Suite · Sage & Wine".

  2. 2

    Message us

    Send the design name, colour, plan, your event date and any add-ons on Messenger. We reply with the total.

  3. 3

    Pay to confirm

    We send the payment details. Your invitation is created once payment is in.

  4. 4

    Get your editor

    We send a private editor link and a 6-digit PIN. Open it on your phone or laptop; nothing to install.

  5. 5

    Make it yours

    In your editor: names, date and venue in Basics, then the programme, entourage, dress code and FAQs. Add your photos (and a cover video on Plus and up), and pick a palette. Tap Preview to see exactly what guests will see.

    Set up replies

    Open Guests. Choose open RSVP (anyone with the link replies and says how many are coming) or, on Plus and up, a guest list: paste names and seats straight from Excel or Google Sheets.

    Publish and share

    Tap Publish. Send the link in your group chats, or a personal link to each guest so it greets them by name. It previews properly in Messenger.

    Watch the replies

    Replies land in your dashboard as they come: who's coming, how many, their messages. Download the list any time. With seating, your ushers check guests in at the door from their own phones.

FAQ

Questions about plans

Is it a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay once per event. No monthly fee, no charge per guest, no charge per reply.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, any time, even after you publish. You pay only the difference, and nothing you already added is lost: your text, photos, guest list and replies stay put.

How many guests can I invite?

As many as you like on every plan. Send one link to a group chat, or a personal link to each guest.

What happens after my event?

Your invitation stays online for 30 days (Essential), 90 days (Plus) or 6 months (Premium) after the date, so guests can find the photos and you can download your replies. A week before it comes down we send you a reminder; after that, guests see a short thank-you page (your replies stay in your editor). Want to keep it as a keepsake? Add "Keep it online longer".

Do my guests need an app or an account?

No. They tap the link in Messenger, Viber, Facebook or a text message, and it opens in their browser.

Can I change things after it's published?

Yes. Open your editor, change anything, preview it on your phone and publish again. Guests see the new version straight away. Their replies are never touched.

Is my editor private?

Yes. Your editor needs your private link and a 6-digit PIN. If the link is ever shared by mistake, we can send you a new link and PIN in a minute.

Can I see it before I pay?

Yes, two ways. Every one of our 75 designs is a live demo you can open and try the colours on. And you can make your own free draft: open a design, tap Try it free, fill in your names, date, places and photos in the real editor, and preview it on your phone. You pay only when you want to publish it.
